Comprendre pour mieux prévenir et agir


Le Fonds de Soutien finance la recherche innovante sur la déficience intellectuelle et l'autisme. 

Grâce à notre programme de bourses de recherche, nous visons à éclairer et à approfondir notre compréhension de la déficience intellectuelle et de l'autisme  dans toutes leurs dimensions.



  • Diagnostic Précoce : En favorisant le développement de méthodes de diagnostic précoce, nous pouvons garantir que les enfants reçoivent les interventions nécessaires dès les premiers signes de déficience intellectuelle ou d'autisme.
  • Intervention Précoce : Nos recherches mettent l'accent sur l'importance d'interventions rapides et adaptées, favorisant un soutien optimal pour le développement des enfants.
  • Sous-groupes Phénotypiques : En identifiant les différents sous-groupes phénotypiques, nous cherchons à développer des approches plus personnalisées et efficaces pour chaque individu.
  • Études Linguistiques : Comprendre les défis et les potentialités cognitives à travers des études linguistiques nous aide à mieux soutenir les compétences de communication des personnes concernées.
  • Études Électrophysiologiques : Notre recherche sur l'activité cérébrale permet de mieux appréhender les mécanismes neurologiques sous-jacents aux défis que rencontrent ces individus.
  • Études Moléculaires et Génétiques : En explorant les bases génétiques de l'autisme et de la déficience intellectuelle, nous ouvrons la voie à de nouvelles approches thérapeutiques.
  • Mécanismes de la Maladie : Décoder les mécanismes biologiques nous aide à développer des traitements plus efficaces et adaptés.
  • Études d’Imagerie : Les techniques d'imagerie avancées nous permettent d'analyser le fonctionnement cérébral en profondeur et d'identifier des anomalies spécifiques.
  • Études Comportementales : En analysant les comportements, nous pouvons concevoir des programmes d'intervention plus adaptés et personnalisés.
  • Programmes de Soutien : Notre engagement va au-delà de la recherche ; nous développons également des programmes de soutien pour les familles et les professionnels qui accompagnent les personnes touchées.

De  2019 à 2024, 55 études financées par le fonds de soutien MM Delacroix ont été publiées dans la littérature médicale. Elle ont été publiées dans des revues médicales réputées.  


Les sujets des études financées avec l'aide du fonds de soutien s'inscrivent dans l'objectif poursuivi par le fonds de soutien, à savoir la déficience intellectuelle et l'Autisme en mettant l'accent sur la prévention.
